Wipunen Asia Reinforces its Commitment to Investor Relations

As we strive to cement our position as a leading fund management and advisory firm in Southeast Asia, we are pleased to announce that Marcia Shen has joined Wipunen Asia as our new Head of Investor Relations.

Marcia is based in Singapore and reports to CEO Mikael Nastamo. The two key elements of Marcia’s role will be strengthening our already robust investor engagement strategy and reinforcing Wipunen Asia’s fund distribution network across Asia and Europe.

Marcia has almost 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily focusing on the asset-management sector. She began her career in EY and Duff & Phelps in Hong Kong, providing assurance and consulting services to leading asset managers. Marcia also worked in the Treasury & Chief Investment Office at J. P. Morgan, Hong Kong. Before joining Wipunen Asia, Marcia was responsible for leading the investor relations and fund management function at Cheetah Investment Management, a value-based hedge and alternative funds investment firm. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of York in the United Kingdom.
